3. Reservations and Orders

Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Food orders are processed as received and require a minimum of twenty-five (25) minutes to be made ready.
We also offer take-away, which can only be ordered by phoning us or stopping by at the restaurant.
Take-away orders placed by phone are limited to a maximum of five (5) portions of strukli.
Our full menu is available for take-away, except for the soup.
Reservations are managed through our partner website, Book A Table.
For reservations of more than six (6) people, please contact us directly via email at lastruk@gmail.com.
We generally accept reservations up to one (1) day in advance but reserve the right to close reservations earlier at our discretion.
Reservations are held for a maximum of thirty (30) minutes. If the party does not arrive within this timeframe, the reservation will be canceled. La Štruk reserves the right to cancel any reservation or order if fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected. Prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

We accept cash and card payments, except American Express and Diners. In specific cases, we allow uplata na Transakcijski račun.
All payments must be made in full at the time of order or service.
Cancellations are handled in accordance with our cancellation policy available on our website.

All content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of La Štruk and is protected under copyright laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.
