Located in the heart of Zagreb Old Town, La Štruk, born from the mind of a friend and two brothers, has been standing for over a decade. Its mission? To keep the taste of tradition alive. More than just a dish, the "zagorski štrukli" is a testament of croatian heritage, passed down through generations and crafted with care.

Each bite carries the rich taste of tradition as well as the comfort of simple -though delicate- homemade food.

Made from a hand-streched dough -which must be so thin you should be able to read newspaper through it- and filled with fresh cottage cheese, the štrukli can be enjoyed in two different variations: "Kuhani štrukli", gently boiled for a soft, melt-in-your-mouth experience, or "zapečeni štrukli", oven-baked to golden perfection with a crisp, creamy finish. Whether you are discovering them for the first time or reliving a cherished memory, every plate at La Štruk is a tribute to the timeless flavors of Zagorje.
